hi..

if someone has automake 1.6 installed and runs Makefile.cvs, they get the 
following cute error:

*** YOU'RE USING automake (GNU automake) 1.6.
*** KDE requires automake 1.6

the attached patch fixes this so that people in my local LUG can stop being 
confused ;-)
