Please get together who is volunteering and make a list who would be able and
willing to set up a booth. Then we need to have calculations about
accomodation and flight costs. For accomodations please turn to the NY LUG
where I already had some contact a couple of years back and who would be very
willing to provide you a couch at people involved in the LUG so the
accomodation costs get minimal. The KDE e.V. will hopefully be able to
finance the flights at least partly for some people; otherwise we need to
find sponsors for you guys going to NY.
Please get back to us on that ASAP.
