The main property of QComboBox is the numeric "currentItem" (See
QSqlPropertyMap) which isn't very useful if the QComboBox is editable because
free-form user input can not be represented by a number.
This patch hacks around this deficiency and uses the "currentText" property
for an editable QComboBox instead.
