OK -- I was wrong in my polemic. I am still right in pointing out that
there even was an appeal from the XFree86 team to the public for
comments. (Which you might have been familiar with -- but which most
other readers of your objections were certainly not.)

Responding soberly to an "Invitation for public discussion about the
future of X", issued last Thursday, signed by "The XFree86 Project
Board of Directors" isn't an interference to complain about. Even more
simple.
