it is implemented with a special funtion to the kio_slave but with the 
KIO::special function i can't seem to find a good way to get a result from 
the executed command. So the implementation needs to download a temporay file 
with the results of the exec command which is using Netaccess::download.

I also want abstract it for the developers that wants to use it and this is 
just wat the whole NetAccess thing does.
