Python KDE bindings for KDE 3.1 available (sortof)

I just uploaded to upload.kde.org a version of PyKDE that works with
KDE 3.1. It is just  a quick (2 day) hack on the KDE 3.0.3 bindings,
but it should be good enough to make any app that used them rnu again.

This is an unofficial thing, I only did it for myself, but then I said what the heck :-)

If there is any problem with it, just let me know.
