For each DTD Quanta "knows" about, there is a description.rc which is basicly
an ini style file, read with he help of the KConfig class. As any user can
make new DTD definitions, it would be easier to put some documentation of the
options, as sometimes it is not easily understandable what is the meaning of
the option. Of course the documentation can be done in a separate file, but
it's more easier to see (even for me when doing a review) what is the meaning
of an option directly in the config file.
