In KActionCollection both methods are obsolete. Ellis told me that it should 
be enough to use the ctor to add the action to a collection, and delete the 
action when you wish to remove it. 

BTW, I wasn't following the whole discussion, just saw this sentence, so I may 
have said something stupid.
