Sorry, or XftConfig. If you look at kxftconfig.cpp/h in kdebase/kcontrol/fonts
you'll see that it either acts on XftConfig or fonts.conf - depending which
one was around at compile time.
kio_fonts is *very* like KcmFontinst - it uses mostly the *same* code, only
less of it.
