Replace KcmFontinst with kio_fonts

Why??? It's listed in konqueror's side-bar.

Again, why??? Surely the fonts:// is listing a view of a file-system? To me
this way makes soooo much more sence than a KControl module. If' I'm unziping
a font from an archive, it makes much more sense to save it to fonts:/, than
to have to save it in my home dir, start kcontrol, and then install.
