And an addition, which drives me crazy: in Quanta 2.0.1 running on KDE 2, it 
is possible to shrink the window and the right-arrow will appear on the 
toolbar when there is no room anymore for icons. With Quanta 2.0.1 running in 
KDE3, the toolbar does not allow you to shrink the main window! The source is 
the same (except with some additions of the required headers to compile).

So, why does the KToolBar fordbids the user to shrink the window????
