No minimize with QDialog MainWindow

It works for me (TM) with both apps.

I have been trying to fix bug 55477:
   http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55477
The NetWM standard does not seem to allow Maximize/Minimize for Net::ToolBar. 
I seem to have to add it manually. Does anyone know of a better way?
