Thats right! At present time it seems to me that most people have two (if not 
three) glib's installed: one inside aRts, one for gimp/gnome/xmms/etc (and 
possibly one version 1.x for compatibility).
Exceptions are people not using _any_ glib-app, which can not be that much, 
since most distros install glib...

So in fact Stefan tries to reduce the number of libs installed on most of the 
users. And I think this is a very good reason doing it!

Only Stefan has more work if he wants to keep one version in kde-common...
