Problem with configure check for UIC in kdebase

Yes, and SadEagle helped me out with the problem.  Turns out I have 
libqt.so.3.1.2 (see: non-threaded) built from a few days ago and I have 
libqt-mt.so.3.1.1 from previous.  I'll try and get my sillyness sorted out.
