super user mode filemanager

hiya all,

just noticed in the kmenu that you can 
open a root started filemanager. not
only is this slow due to the need to 
start up a thousand and one things as 
root, but also, its imo a really ugly 
way of doing it.

so, 
how about a fish:/root at localhost instead?

requires a pretty good security check of
fish though at a guess.
