Popups in Konsole

Any objections to me making these off by default?  No, I don't want you the 
app to tell me that I closed something; <sarcasm> how about a popup every 
time I close a window telling me I've closed a window? </sarcasm>

Is anyone else feeling like the KPassivePopup virus is spreading?  ;-)

(i.e. if nobody objects I'll change this in a day or two)
