I was looking to get move binclock to kdeblackhole and David Faure though it 
might be best to do a little cleaning at the same time and asked me to 
compile a list.  Right off the bat I thought of the empty dirs like:
PDFImport
activeproxy
atlantik
atlantik_designer
etc

Does anyone know of any dead projects that are not going to be developed 
anymore or have been replaced by something else?  If so let me know so I can 
contact that author for permission.
