Hi,

This patch does two things:

1. it dcop-enables Dr Konqi
2. it allows an external application to offer a button on the dialog which
when invoked indicates to the external application that it should proceed to
debug the process.

I'm using this to offer a "Debug in KDevelop" button when kdevelop 3 (gideon)
is running, that attaches its debugging part to the process and brings up the
framestack in a nice integrated way ;)

Current limitations: only one process can offer a button (this is because
there was only one User button left unused from drkonqi's KDialogBase).

Ok to commit?

Cheers,
Hamish.
