[PATCH] minor KColorDialog improvement

Hi

The following patch sets the default HSV of KColorDialog to 0, 0, 255.  As a 
result, the user can immediately select a colour from the Hue/Saturation 
widget without having to change the value selector.  At present it defaults 
to 0, so all hues appear black.  Is this a sensible change?
