[RFC] How do I tell the MainWindow that the Part won't work?

We use dcopsignals there.  Since its out of process for a reason ( it can and 
will block) we relase the users UI until its finished.  At that time a signal 
comes back and tells us what we want to know.    You may want to explore 
setting up a dummy view (like in kweather) and only updating when you get 
notification back.  This way the user isnt left wondering what is going on.
