kdelibs-3.1.2 kdialog.cpp - missing qt include

If not already reported:

When compiling kdelibs 3.1.2 with qt 3.2.0b1, the file qlayout.h needs to be
included in order to compile kdialog.cpp

There is also an error with the *64 functions in kio/kio/uiserver.kidl
There is no << operator overloaded function for KIO::filesize_t in
QDataStream
