Apidox for KMDI

Hi, 

Now that libkmdi is in kdelibs, I thought it would be convenient to be able to 
generate the documentation using "make apidox".

If I've worked out how it works correctly, the attached patch for kdelibs 
should enable this.

Hope the format is OK.
