[PATCH] darwin cpp workaround (was: how do I fix this header conflict?)

As Michael Matz pointed out, my last patch wasn't exactly equivalent for
non-darwin platforms.  Attached is an updated version of the patch that
special cases darwin in the KDE_CHECK_FUNC_EXT tests and in the
kde_use_warnings test.  For all other platforms it should be as it was.
