[PATCH] kde 3.1 for IRIX (MIPSpro)

Hi!

I send my latest and last patch set for kde on SGIs IRIX for MIPSpro 7.3.1.3m. 
I did receive the compilers in version 7.4 lately and after a quick test it 
showed that they are way better suited to compile kde than the older ones. 
Unfortunately the compiler dies with an internal compiler error on file 
khtml/rendering/render_flow.cpp. I am going to try a clean install of the dev 
subsystem at the weekend just to make sure i did not skrew up anything in my 
system. I do hope that SGI i having an eye on that issue.....but i guess that 
is not likely since i can not afford those support prices (after all i do not 
earn any money with that, do i?).
So i put the patches i have so far here as a starting point and for reference 
for possible others which have to go with 7.3.1.3.
Please have a look specially at the patch for kdebase (infohierarchymaker.cpp) 
since i added std:: to bind2nd and find_if. I am not sure whether it is 
correct since i have seen adding #include <algo.h> does work also.
Another minor thing is that the Makefiles somewhere in dir Ksysguard use gcc 
compiler options which give MIPSpro a bailout.
I hope i am able to continue compiling kde soon again but many thanks for that 
cool desktop anyway; you have made a big leap forward and i am very curious 
for 3.2!
