I'm going to write a KDownloadManager (or similar) interface so that the
current kget<->konqueror integration is cleaned up. Currently, kget is not
used for copying files around, i.e. with Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, DnD etc, so that's
where the uiserver is still visible, currently.
Back when I had a look at this, I noticed KonqOperations store a pointer to
the job. What is this used for? How is undo implemented? E.g. could konq
simply tell kget to move the file back?
