That's at least what the punycode encoder from the punycode-01 draft
outputs. I doubt that this is correct, b/c a DNS server would need to
know this encoding to decide where to forward the request to (TLD is !=
.com here), or maybe it is sufficient for the Root DNS servers to
understand that...
