make ktip configureable?

Yes, they are. But they are not named *.xml, so I created a link in my local 
krec-dir "ln -s tips tips.xml". Now vim has the right highlighting;-)

Perhaps it should be possibel to name it this way. (Or it already is, then 
please correct me.)
