Hi,

Could I please merge this with text/plain.desktop since:
1. It's confusing KWord
2. It is sure to confuse users when they are sorting by Type in Konqueror and 
can't find their "Plain Text" README (since it's "English Text" instead)

I really don't understand the rationale for having two separate types of text 
files when they are, IMHO, the same thing.  At first glance, text/english 
doesn't even appear to be an "official" mimetype at 
http://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/text/.
