configurable uiserver all-in-one window

Hi,

I made the all-in-one window of the uiserver configurable.
For now there is a config dialog with a checkbox for every thing you could 
ever want to switch on or off.
I don't consider this very user friendly.
I think maybe two or three "setups" to choose from would be better.
"Classic" - as it was until now
"Small" - no status bar, no toolbar, fixed column (==user adjustable) widths
"maybe something else" - well, some other good combination
