Hi, 

I've finished RC7 tarballs yesterday and I think it looks pretty good. If 
nobody knows of any *very* *serious* showstoppers anymore I think those can 
roll out. The KDE_3_1_1_RELEASE tag is moved to the packaging state, except 
for kde-i18n, this still takes a few hours but will eventually finish.
