Splitting up kaction.*

I'd be happy to do any of the work that you-specifically wouldn't absolutely 
need to do -- i.e., preparing the separate files.  Since moving to Germany I 
only have a pay-per-minute modem connection, so I'm not generally on IRC. ;)  
I'll email you about setting up a time.
