Welk, some further debugging revealed Ogle maps the window, but never receives 
a MapNotify, so it might be a map/unmap problem instead. KWin lacks window 
borders when going back to a normal window (that is, when the problem occurs, 
it's not a 100% hit rate) before stuff hangs when going back to fullscreen.
