   I'm the responsible for that file. I'm sorry, I hadn't realice 
about it becouse i found some other gnu-gpl apps that included it.

   I've written the original author asking him the possibility of 
releasing the code under LGPL. If it's not possible, the file will be 
removed and a new implementation created.
