I rather see them moved to kdelibs than to kdepim. Moving them to kdelibs 
reduces the dependencies, while moving them to kdepim increases dependencies. 
(In the latter case, 3rd party software that previously only required 
kdebase/kdelibs might then require kdepim as well)
