Nope. The only header files currently gettig installed is from the crypt stuff 
since 3.1. So there is no stable version that ships with those headers yet. 
If you hurry and change 3_1_BRANCH and HEAD to keep them private and change 
kmail and whatever needs it with a relavive path to the includes, you can 
simply drop the lib.
