Konqueror problem in HEAD and 3.1.0 branch

Open a new konqueror instance (completely new, kdekillall -9 konqueror first). 

Make sure it opens in webbrowsing profile with no default URL set.

Type in:
file:/opt/qt-copy/doc/html/qprocess.html

(or another suitable path and file for Qt documentation)

I get this:

Notice the split view, the view geometry is very broken, and the menu/tool 
bars are gone.

I have verified this with HEAD and with 3.1.0 branch
