in order to have a more complete changelog for the KDE 3.1 announcement, 
please ensure that 

http://developer.kde.org/development-versions/kde-3.1-features.html

lists your favourite new feature in the "green" section. 

You can find the page and modify it in the "developer.kde.org" cvs module.
