you need to give it a list of languages for which it should include
the translation, and the location of your kde-i18n checkout, and then
it includes the translations quite nicely ( this is one of the reasons
i used cvs2dist and not cvs2pack... ).  I don't know about the
documentation translations since erm.. well, i don't think any of the
translation teams translated the kig docs already..
