[PATCH] (somebody pls apply!) for: KPixmapIO bug in ShmSegment

This is a patch to fix the missing checks in KPixmapIO for when the shm calls 
fail. The patch was written by Lubos Lunak <l.lunak at suse.cz> with one small 
(tiny) change by me.

Lubos, or somebody else, can you please apply this.
