BC breakage?

I compiled kdelibs and installed it, then noticed I forgot to install 
kdebase... but Konsole still wouldn't start.  I noticed it was a linker 
error!

konsole: relocation error: /opt/kdecvs/lib/konsole.so: undefined symbol: 
_ZN8KProcess10setPtySizeEii

This might be a BC break from post 3.1 HEAD  to post 3.1 HEAD (in which case 
there's no problem).  But it also might be a real issue, in which case I 
thought it would be wise to warn everyone as I'm not really in the mood to 
check myself ;)
