This comment is true, most applications in KDE-Edu have been converted
to ogg because of file size, e.g.:
  domi: ~/src/kdeedu> find -name '*.ogg' | wc -l
  171
However, I assume the vorbisenc library is an encoding library,
and not necessary for playing ogg vorbis files, right ?
