I ran into the same problem the other day and didn't know what to do, 
excluding Name= is somewhat hackish, have not tried it and don't know if it 
works. I thought about implementing a X-KDE-No-GUI desktop directive.. If 
there's a demand for it, it is perhaps a suitable feature for post 3.2.
