[PATCH] disable GUI in kalarmd

Hi, 

not sure why it was enabled (probably because it crashed when disabled 
before).. but here is the patch. 

Can't measure an improvement, but since it is now not being waked up on each 
window property notification broadcast, it can be swapped out completely when 
unused. Should be better. 


Please review.
