Removal of autolock feature for 3.2?

Hi,

In its current state, I think the Autolock feature should not be present in 
3.2. This feature is supposed to lock the screen when you leave the mouse 
cursor idle in a user-configurable corner of the screen. See 
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13360.

Why?
- There is no mention of it in the documentation.
- There is no what's this help.
- Its kcm UI is far from intuitive.
- It doesn't work (see http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=67509).
