One thing for sure, they duplicate a lot of functionality,
kdeadmin/kuser/kuser.h should atleast inherit kdelibs'.
Yes, kdeadmin's kuser.h is quite powerfull and it would be neat having it in
kdelibs, although I can't judge the drawbacks, exkluding possible BIC.
