hrm... it was perfectly reproducable here.. perhaps it's style dependant? i 
don't know, but suspending layouting doesn't look right in any case, and it 
did fixed the problem i was seeing here (as that was the only thing that 
changed between it looking broken and it not looking broken =)... i tried a 
few other things that didn't work before settling on the idea that it was 
likely the layout suspension...

does _anyone_ else see the problem that i did, specifically in the keyboard 
shortcut setting dialog in kcm keys?
