PATCH: 2 fixes View->Document Information and SSL meta-data for webdav

Hi,

The attached patch addresses the following two issues:

1.) Make View->Document Information work when URLs are entered into
konqueror's location bar. Currently you get blank unless the URL you are 
viewing is a result of you clicking on a link...

2.) Setting/Unsetting of SSL meta-data is only done for http urls when it 
should also include webdav.
