KDE/Mac and KUniqueApplication

Been working on the KDE on Darwin port http://www.metapkg.org/wiki/22/
and was curius if someone more familiar with kuniqueapplication code could add 
some comments to the sections that are ifdefed out to help figure out what 
should be added in the #else sections.
