ok... however this is something that the user has done purposefully (turning
the volume up). and every piece of audio equipment i've ever used (including
my current computer speakers) require me to turn them down after turning them
up; and it would sure annoy me if they required me to reset the volume every
time i turned them off....
and how do we know that they don't want it to remain louder later on?
which is to say, what about the situations where they want it to remain louder
later on?
and what about before they log out and wish listen to something else, won't
they have to turn it down manually anyways?
