Problem with kontact and "void KApplication::invokeMailer"

When kmail starts it tries to call the newInstance() dcop method in "kmail". 
When kmail is embedded in Kontact there is no such method hence the failure.

The solution is to provide a newInstance() dcop function in kontact. The 
tricky part is processing the command line arguments. They are probably 
passed to newInstance() in a bit inconvenient way.

Will have a look at it later this week.
